Hajime is most known for Tsukemen.

I got addicted to the rich soup and noodle.

Go down to B1F and enter the restaurant.

It’s a very small shop with only counter-seats.

Buy a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine.

When I went to the shop, I saw a group of 5 foreigners buying meal tickets.

All the menus come with photos and numbers so they didn’t have any problems with it.

Curry Tsukemen, Soba without soup, Seafood Ramen, Shio (salt) Ramen and so on…

It always takes me time to choose.

I love Kara (spicy) Tsukemen but I decided to order normal Tsukemen.

I sat down and waited for my Tsukemen to come.

I’m not sure if the staff was taking a break but I only saw one staff in the kitchen.

In no time, Tsukemen was done!

It arrived!

Haven’t had Tsukemen in a while!

It’s chewy but slippery too!

Mix the thick noodle, chicken soup and seafood soup.

Right when I put it in my mouth, it immediately spread in my mouth.

The soup changes by the season.

But this taste is so addicting!
The roasted pork is so big!!!! It’s JUMBO SIZE!

You can also play around with the soup!

Add some spices and enjoy different tastes!

I sprinkled some Shichimi (Japanese pepper).

The slight scent of Shichimi makes the soup tastier!

It’s so scrumptious!!

After you finish eating the noodle, dilute the rest of the soup with Wari soup (it’s an additional soup you order).

Wari soup had a seafood flavor! Deliciousss!

But don’t dilute it too much!

I was able to enjoy the Tsukemen from the beginning to end.

Tsukemen comes in
Nami (regular), Chu (medium), and Dai (large).

I heard a lot of ladies choose Chu as well!

I ordered Chu but I finished it so quick!

There are so many menus that I still want to order!

I’m definitely coming here again soon!
